Homestead Accommodation:

Homestead Rates:

$375 per night for four guests
$50 per additional guest
Includes 3 king rooms, 2 bathrooms

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Provisions for tea and coffee are complimentary.

Homestead Booking Terms:

Off peak – Minimum stay: 2 nights
Peak – Minimum stay: 3 nights

Hamper Booking Terms:

Gourmet Breakfast Hamper: $50.00
Basic Breakfast Hamper: $25.00
Minimum notice for hamper bookings: 5 business days.
Rooms & Inclusions are subject to availability and seasonal variation.

Cabin Accommodation:

Cabin Rates:

$45 per person, per night

The property also has additional cabin accommodation which is situated near the Homestead. It consists of four cabins that can sleep an additional 20 people in comfortable bunk-style accommodation.

Cabins one and three sleep six guests; cabins two and four sleep four guests. The cabins can be booked in conjunction with the homestead. Please note: Toilet/bathroom facilities for the cabins are outside.

Please note: There is a Minimum of 10 guests and maximum 20 guests for cabin bookings.

Cancellation & Refunds

The deposit is refundable, less $50.00 if cancellation occurs more than 1 month prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than one month before the confirmed arrival date, we will endeavour to rebook the accommodation.

If rebooking is unsuccessful (fully or partially) Typo Station will retain the deposit only and the balance of payment will be refunded.

If the booking is cancelled between 28 days and 24 hours before arrival, we regret that we cannot refund the deposit, unless we are able to fill the booking. In the case of cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival, the full amount is payable if it is not possible to rebook the room.

Deposits and Payments:

A deposit of 30% of total accommodation costs is required upon booking. Payment can be made by Direct Credit, or Paypal.

Upon booking, credit card details will be requested as security. Final payment of the accommodation cost will be required 1 month before the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

For security purposes, a credit card is required at the time of booking, and this card is used to debit the balance of the accommodation cost 2 to 4 weeks before the booking date.
